Job Title: Quality Lead

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 5-7 Years

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per month

Industry: FMCG

We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) across our FMCG manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain product quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead QA/QC activities across manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, and other quality standards.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, quality documentation, and inspection records.




- Handle customer complaints, product deviations, and non-conformance investigations.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams.
- Train production staff on quality systems, hygiene, and food safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field with 5-7 years of QA/QC experience in the FMCG industry. Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, CAPA, audits, and documentation is essential.
