JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate for implementation and continuous compliance to Accreditation standards RTAC for IIHL and NABH for Matcare Center
- Coordinate for the Accreditation audits / assessments with the corporate and center department for successful audit
- Conduct regular quality and patient safety audits in various clinical and nonclinical departments at IIHL and Matcare
- Conduct RTAC accreditation specific audits i.e. patient identification audits, multiple pregnancy audits, ANTT audits etc.
- Medical Records audits and communication for improvement with the concerned stakeholders at IIHL and Matcare
- Donor and recipient files audits at IIHL centers as required
- Coordinate for clinical audits with the clinical teams twice in a year
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives within clinical and nonclinical settings.
- Oversight on the various committee functions in the organization and keeping a track of their conduct as per the schedule
- Coordinate for risk assessment activities
- Coordinating Incident management system and improvements based on learnings
- Collaborate with the Patient Safety and Quality Officer / coordinator for implementation of patient safety and Quality Assurance programs including the Quality assurance programs of Emergency, OT, Radiology etc.




- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality and Safety
- Analyze data and generate reports related to quality metrics, Quality Indicators.
- Stay updated with current regulations and best practices in clinical quality.

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Quality/NABH accreditation experience preferred
