Job Summary

Indosculp Autocomp Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Head to lead the organization's quality function across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across manufacturing operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

- Gravity Die Casting (GDC) ( Preferd)

- VMC Machining

- CNC Machining

- Powder Coating

- Industrial Gear Box Manufacturing
- OR
- Having Any autocomp industry experiance
- Should have minmum 3 to 4 year experiance as a quality manager
- Handle customer complaints using 8D methodology and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and other quality tools.
- Monitor process capability, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, and ensure compliance.
- Lead internal audits, supplier audits, process audits, and customer audits.
- Develop supplier quality systems and improve incoming material quality.
- Analyze quality KPIs such as PPM, rejection rate, COPQ, customer complaints, and on-time closure of CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Design, Purchase,



and Dispatch teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Poka-Yoke concepts.
- Build, mentor, and develop the quality team while promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure calibration, inspection planning, documentation, and traceability of products.
- Prepare MIS reports and present quality performance to senior management.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of GDC, CNC, VMC, Powder Coating, and Industrial Gear Box manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans.
- Hands-on experience in customer quality management and supplier quality management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in quality documentation, audit management, and statistical analysis.
- Experience handling OEM customer requirements is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
- Quality certifications such as Lead Auditor (IATF/ISO), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or CQE will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 815 years of experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing.
- Minimum 35 years in a leadership role managing end-to-end quality functions.

- Proven experience in leading quality teams within automotive component manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to customer audits, supplier development, and process improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
