- Calibre to manage quality systems to ensure zero defect product and process.
- Maintained Quality Management System plan, procedures and adherences. Coordinate the annual QMS Management Review and track opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Practices.
- Determine quality standards and specifications, review and update them as and when required.
- Identify and manage Quality (QA/QC) team/s.for smooth operation in Lab
- Positive understanding of production workflow.
- Closely work with scheduling and production teams to establish priorities of work for material inspection.
- Check and analysis daily quality control activity reports & immediately corrective action on non-conformity.




- Analysis of various quality issues arising out of process gaps, Rm /PM stock/material problems, inks, chemicals, etc., and helping production team to reach set quality standards.
- Work with vendors and clients on quality related issues.
- Customer complaint Handling & monthly reviewed Meeting with management & marketing team.
- Motivation Training to employee on (OJT,5S, Regulatory system awareness ISO/BRC/OHSMS)
- Independently facing vendor audit, supplier audit, customer audit, third party audit, inhouse plant audit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
- Customer complaint handling & customer visit CAPA (corrective and preventive action plan)
- Experience : 15+ Years in QA/QC Quality Management System &
- MR (ISO45001:2018.LA, ISO9001:2015, BRCGS Issue-6, Six sigma green &
- Black Belt)
- Qualification :– B.Sc, B.Tech (Engineering Background)
