Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components.

- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, Plug Gauge, Ring Gauge, and other measuring instruments.

- Ensure products meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

- Monitor process quality and identify non-conforming products.

- Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure.

- Coordinate Internal, Customer, and Third-Party Audits.

- Prepare PPAP documents, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Inspection Plans.

- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and sample inspections.





- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.

- Monitor rejection, rework, scrap, and PPM performance.

- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.

- Participate in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and MIS.

- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and company quality procedures.

Pay: ₹10,020.41 - ₹32,517.99 per month
