Role Description The Quality Engineering Data Management role at ASURA IT is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing data quality processes, implementing quality engineering practices, and ensuring that data used in analytics and decision-making is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing quality assurance and quality control checks for data pipelines, analyzing data for inconsistencies, documenting issues, and collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to resolve defects. The role also involves maintaining quality standards, developing and improving data validation frameworks, preparing reports on quality metrics, and communicating findings to stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Present architecture, strategic recommendations, roadmaps, maturity assessments, and platform metrics to senior technology leadership and governance forums.
Lead communities of practice, engineering forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives focused on testing excellence and quality engineering maturity.
Develop and maintain enterprise documentation, reference architectures, implementation guides, standards, governance materials, and technical procedures.
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit recommendations and regulatory requirements.
