Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering background to manage project costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract administration while supporting successful project delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment quantities
- Monitor and control project costs during execution
- Prepare interim and final bills, payment certificates, and cost reports
- Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor bills
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
