Develop and enforce site-specific QA/QC plans aligned with IS codes & best practices.

Conduct material inspections, work audits & third-party test coordination.

Collaborate with safety officers for HSE compliance.

Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports.

Required Candidate profile

Experience with real estate developer firms or PMCs.

Solid knowledge of standard codes and testing protocols.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation software
