Executive - Quality Control (Jewellery & Diamonds)

Reporting To: QC Manager

Role Summary

Responsible for quality inspection, verification, documentation, and system updates of diamonds and jewellery products to ensure compliance with brand quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect diamonds and jewellery for quality, specifications, finishing, and workmanship.
- Perform diamond verification, grading checks, and natural diamond testing.
- Conduct weight verification of diamonds and jewellery pieces.
- Update diamond QC results and maintain inspection records.
- Manage Coral entries for certificates and product tags.
- Perform Synergic system entries for diamond and jewellery inventory.
- Capture and maintain customer jewellery photographs for records.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Merchandising, and Product Development teams for quality-related issues.
- Using QC tools and ERP systems (Coral/Synergic).
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy for each inventory.
