Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished biscuits meet the company's quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. The role involves conducting quality inspections, laboratory testing, process monitoring, documentation and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.





- Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards.
- Verify supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA) against specifications.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores regarding non-conforming materials.
- Ensure packaging conforms to approved specifications.
- Verify process control parameters and record observations.
- Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper coding, labelling, and packaging integrity.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Participate in investigation of customer complaints.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.

Experience

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Quality Control within the Biscuit, Bakery, Food Processing, Confectionery or Snacks industry.
- Experience in the biscuit, bakery or food processing industry is preferred.
- Experience in laboratory testing and food safety systems is preferred.
- B.E. in Food Technology or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science.
- Diploma in Food Technology or Food Processing with relevant industry experience.
