Role Overview :

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Manual Testing Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Mumbai.

In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of product quality, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability before they reach our end users.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into robust test scenarios.

By identifying critical defects early in the development lifecycle, you will directly influence the stability of our platforms and enhance the overall experience for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements for our core applications.
- Collaborate with development squads to perform root cause analysis on reported bugs, ensuring timely resolution and preventing regression in future releases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to streamline repetitive testing processes and increase overall deployment velocity.




- Conduct rigorous performance and load testing using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability under peak traffic conditions.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making regarding product releases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in manual testing methodologies, including the ability to write clear, concise test plans and execute complex end-to-end test scenarios.
- Proven proficiency in Java programming to support the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation and JMeter for performance benchmarking, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the communication skills necessary to articulate technical issues to both engineering and non-technical team members.
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of professional experience in a QA role, showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality software in quick-paced environments.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
