Role : QA Lead / Test Lead

Location : Pune & Aurangabad

Experience : 4 years (with minimum 1 year in Lead role)

Work Mode : WFO

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy across AI/ML platform (Backend, Frontend, APIs)
- Design test plans, test cases, and automation strategy
- Perform ML model testing (accuracy, validation, regression checks)
- Validate backend APIs, real-time data pipelines, and integrations
- Perform UI testing for dashboards and workflows
- Build and maintain automation frameworks (Python/JavaScript)
- Integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead QA team, mentor engineers, and ensure release quality

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Automation Testing (UI API)
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Hands-on with tools like Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Postman / JMeter
- Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Knowledge of Kafka / real-time systems / backend testing
- Experience in test strategy, test planning, and team handling

Good to Have :

- Experience in AI / ML testing
- Exposure to cloud (GCP), Docker, Linux




- Knowledge of performance and security testing

What We Are Looking For :

- Robust QA Lead with automation backend API testing experience
- Experience in handling end-to-end testing lifecycle
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Highlighted Points for QA Lead :

- Mandatory Skills : Hands-on experience with Playwright, Pytest, and Shell Scripting is mandatory. The candidate must be actively working on these technologies in their current project.
- Role Expectation : The requirement is for a Lead QA; however, the candidate must be willing to work as an Individual Contributor (IC), including hands-on coding and automation activities.
- Job Location : Pune. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to Aurangabad twice a month.
- Interview Process : Face-to-Face (F2F) Drive in Koregaon Park, Pune on Saturday and Sunday, 8th & 9th August.
