To ensure strict implementation of GMP, personal hygiene, and food safety practices across the plant through training, monitoring, and compliance control.

1. GMP & Hygiene Responsibility

Personal Hygiene Monitoring

Ensure implementation of Personal Hygiene Checklist:

- No rashes, cold, cough, infections
- No eye/nose/ear discharge
- Restrict entry of medically unfit personnel

KPI: 100% hygiene compliance

Hand Washing Compliance

Ensure proper hand washing practices:

- Before production
- After washroom use
- Before handling food
- Monitor sanitizer usage

KPI: Zero hygiene violations

Nail & Personal Cleanliness

Ensure:

- Nails are trimmed and clean
- No nail polish / dirt
- Regular hygiene checks of workers

KPI: 100% compliance

PPE Compliance

Ensure proper use of:

- Apron
- Cap / Hair net
- Beard cover
- Clean footwear
- No jewelry (rings, bangles) allowed

KPI: PPE compliance 100%

GMP Implementation on Floor

Maintain:

- Clean production area
- No contamination risk
- Proper material handling
- Ensure zoning & hygiene discipline

KPI: Audit score >95%

2. GMP & Hygiene Training Responsibility

Training Planning

Prepare monthly training schedule for:

- GMP
- Personal hygiene
- Food safety

Training Execution

Conduct training for:





- Recent employees (induction training)
- Existing workers (refresher training)

Training Records

Maintain:

- Attendance records
- Training evaluation
- Effectiveness check

Training Effectiveness

Check practical implementation on floor Take corrective action if gaps found

3. Monitoring & Audit Responsibility

- Conduct daily hygiene inspection
- Verify checklist compliance (as per your format)
- Prepare audit reports
- Handle FSSAI/ISO /HACCP audits

KPI: Zero major non-conformity

4. Responsibility During Leave (Backup System)

Delegation Plan

Assign responsibility to:

- Senior Quality Executive
- Or Shift In-Charge

Handover Requirements

Before leave, ensure:

- All reports updated
- Pending issues communicated
- Critical points highlighted

Remote Support

Be available on call for critical issues Guide team in emergency situations

Post-Leave Review

Review:

- All reports
- Deviations during absence
- Take corrective actions if required
