DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Intern to ensure our products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with teams to improve product quality. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless results, we want to hear from you!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learning and applying software testing methodologies and tools.

Assisting in manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues.

Writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

Collaborating with Cross-functional teams, designers, developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve software quality.

Documenting and reporting defects using bug-tracking tools.

Performing basic functional, regression, and usability testing.

Continuously learning and developing skills in QA automation tools and frameworks.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

SKILLS:

Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

Knowledge of manual testing processes, planning test scenarios, test cases, Regression Testing,



Functional Testing, Test planning, Bug Reporting, Usability Testing and eagerness to learn automation testing.

Knowledge and understanding of tools like Jira and Bugzilla is a plus.

Knowledge of preparing documentation and MS Office(Excel, word, power point).

Familiarity with programming languages like HTML, CSS, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Basic understanding of SQL for database testing.

Exposure to testing tools such as Selenium,Appium,JUnit, TestNG, Postman for API testing .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality testing.
