- Job Title: QA Executive
- Location: Baner, Pune
- Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
- Salary: 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA ( + Night Shift Allowance )

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality audits of tasks completed by the Operations team to ensure adherence to established processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct daily quality audits for team members across multiple geographies and provide timely feedback to drive performance improvement.
- Verify provider credentials, including certifications, qualifications, licenses, references, skill checklists, and other required compliance documentation.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and productivity while performing quality audits and reviews.
- Identify quality gaps, trends, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and share audit findings, quality reports,



and performance insights with stakeholders and management.
- Support quality initiatives, process improvement programs, calibration sessions, and other QA-related projects as required.
- Audit published job postings to confirm consistency and accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, client requirements, and regulatory standards during all audit activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond core QA functions as per team requirements and evolving business needs.

Must-Have Skills:

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Solid attention to detail
- Basic root cause analysis
- Basic data analysis

Experience & Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years in back-office operations or quality assurance.
- Relevant QA experience and a strong track record are essential.
