Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with solid hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications and AI-powered products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues, build automated test coverage, and deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

Review business and functional requirements to understand testing needs.

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and AI-based features.

Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing (manual and automated).

Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using bug-tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and validate fixes.

Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.

Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman, and build automated API test suites.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release testing.

Suggest improvements to testing processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.

Skills

1–3 years of experience in QA, with hands-on exposure to both manual and automation testing.

Practical experience with at least one automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).

Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for writing test scripts.

Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.

Experience in writing test cases and executing test plans.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.

Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
