- Role Description: The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of software products. Day-to-day activities include creating and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, documenting defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and contributing to test plans and test strategies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features, improve test coverage, and support continuous integration and delivery efforts. This is a contract, on-site role based in Pune Division, requiring regular interaction with local project stakeholders and adherence to established QA processes and standards.

- Qualifications
- Candidates should have 5-7 Years of Experiance in FinTech products or have previously worked in the BFSI sector.
- Bachelore/Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering/Computer Science from a reputed university.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, including an understanding of QA best practices and testing methodologies.




- Candidates should possess skills in creating and executing Test Cases, as well as experience in test planning, test documentation, and defect tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Manual Testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing of web and/or mobile applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in QA Automation, including experience with common automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and scripting languages. Playwright experience is a Plus.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software QA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) is beneficial.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices is an advantage.
