Requirements
- Mandatory experience in residential high-rise Mivan projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, concrete technology, and quality documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality compliance for all civil and finishing works.
- Inspect Mivan formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify work as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS codes.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (IR, MIR, NCR, checklists, reports).
- Coordinate with site teams and consultants to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and monitor corrective actions. - Support snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
