– QA Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Department: Product Development / Operations Company: Rotoris About Rotoris Rotoris is a design-led watch company focused on creating exceptional timepieces through innovation, craftsmanship, and precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct end-to-end quality inspections of watches, components, packaging, and accessories.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
- Identify product defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Design, Product Development, Operations, and Vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure products meet design specifications, functional requirements, and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and defect analysis documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to improve product quality.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
- Participate in new product development and quality validation before product launches.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Experience in consumer products, watches, lifestyle products, accessories, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, and FMEA is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
