Key Responsibilities

- Sample Testing: Conduct routine and specialized chemical, physical, and instrumental testing (e.g., pH, viscosity, chromatography, moisture analysis, titration).

- Process Monitoring: Analyze hourly or batch samples from the production line and promptly notify operations of required process adjustments.

- Data Logging: Record all raw data and test results with absolute precision into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

- Equipment Calibration: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex analytical laboratory instruments (e.g., GC-MS, HPLC, spectrophotometers).

- Out-of-Specification (OOS): Initiate and participate in OOS investigations when materials or process streams fall outside strict operating windows.

- Sample Retention: Organize, label, and safely store retention samples for future compliance or re-testing verification.

- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), chemical hygiene plans, and hazardous waste disposal regulations.
