- Minimum 4 years of overall work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a QA Voice Process
- Graduation is mandatory

- Experience in quality monitoring and auditing for voice processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and feedback skills
- Ability to evaluate calls and ensure compliance with quality standards
