- Expertise in document composition, template development, and CCM solutions.
- Experience in data mapping, XML processing, and customer communication workflows.
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and omnichannel delivery.
- Experience with API-based integrations and enterprise applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Analyze existing OpenText Exstream templates and communication assets.
- Design, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire solutions.
- Migrate OTX templates, business rules, layouts,
and reusable components to Quadient Inspire.
- Develop scalable document-generation frameworks and reusable CCM assets.
- Perform data mapping and integration with upstream/downstream applications.
- Support template rationalization, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and migration teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in estimation, code reviews, deployment, and release activities.
- Ensure adherence to performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Develop scalable document-generation frameworks and reusable CCM assets.
