Qualifications

- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Reliable and Trustworthy
- MBA in business administration or relevant field will be an additional advantage.
- Quality Management System (QMS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

- Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, standards, and specifications
- Monitor all operations that affect quality and conduct regular audits
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action




- Collaborate with an organisation’s purchasing manager to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce errors).
- To ensures companies comply with industry regulations, ISO standards, and guidelines, reducing noncompliance risks and potential penalties.
- Customer Audit & upgradation, action plan submission and PPAP Submission. Monitor quality KPI's, manage customer complaints and lead root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with OEM standard and statutory requirements
- To provides a structured framework for employee training, ensuring that staff members are adequately trained and qualified to perform their roles efficiently.
- To identifies and eliminate inefficiencies, resulting in streamlined processes, reduced waste, and optimized resource utilization, which contribute to cost savings.
- To fosters a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, creating a positive work workplace and aligning employees with organizational goals.
- To contributes to revenue growth through improved efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reduced costs
