Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale software and infrastructure projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

The Technical Project Manager will act as the bridge between engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and milestones.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Coordinate activities across engineering, product management, architecture, infrastructure, QA, security, and business teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management :

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize delivery impacts.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolution.
- Monitor project health and ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary.

Technical Collaboration :





- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Challenge assumptions, identify potential risks, and facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and project goals.

Agile Program Management :

- Drive Agile delivery practices across teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and program increment planning where applicable.
- Track progress using key performance indicators and project metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Stakeholder Management :

- Build strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams.
- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate changes effectively.
- Ensure transparency regarding project risks, timelines, and dependencies.

Budget & Resource Management :

- Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.




- Monitor project expenditures and utilization.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects and priorities.

Required Qualifications :

- 12 years of experience in project management within a technology-driven environment.
- Minimum 3 years managing complex software development, cloud, infrastructure, or platform projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Robust track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
- Experience working directly with software engineering and technical teams.

Technical Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Project Management Expertise :

- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing vendor and third-party relationships is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading AI/ML, data engineering, platform modernization, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering concepts.
