Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP QA Tester with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in testing ERP applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing across multiple ERP modules. The candidate must be capable of understanding complex business workflows, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform end-to-end functional testing of ERP applications.

· Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

· Conduct Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Validate business processes across different ERP modules.

· Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to resolve issues.

· Perform database validation using SQL queries when required.

· Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

· Ensure application quality before production deployment.

· Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

· Valuable knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing.

· Experience in ERP workflow validation.

· Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

· Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.

· Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.

· Ability to create detailed test cases and defect reports.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience testing web and mobile ERP applications.

· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

· Familiarity with ERP platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP solutions.

· Basic automation testing knowledge using Selenium or Playwright is an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
