Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Test Architect to strengthen our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Selenium Java and have experience with Continuous Integration processes and production monitoring. Knowledge of Appium and UiPath would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to support multiple projects.

- Continuous Integration (CI): Implement and maintain CI pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.

- Production Monitoring: Oversee and manage the health and performance of applications in production, proactively addressing potential issues.

- Independent Contributor: Take ownership of tasks and projects, managing them from inception to completion without supervision.

- Solution Provision: Identify problems and effectively provide solutions to enhance project outcomes.

- Tool Recommendation: Evaluate and recommend automation tools and software that enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.

- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of liaising withvarious stakeholders to gather requirements and disseminate information.

- Documents, tracks, and escalates issues as appropriate, using Jira and other such tools

- Supports testing and/or application deployment during the off-hours for validation testing

- Develops and maintains Regression Test Strategy to ensure frequent production changes are properly tested

- Participates in business and functional requirements and technical design reviews to develop understanding of testing requirements, create test plans, and schedules

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,

Demonstrate consideration for Clients reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Required Skills:

- Mandatory: Solid expertise in Selenium Java for automation testing.

- Preferred: Familiarity with Appium, UiPath, and other automation tools.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and relevant QA technologies.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to provide timely solutions and recommendations under pressure.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience: Minimum of 13+ years in quality assurance roles, demonstrating a capacity to handle complex projects independently.

- Experience with test and defect management tools and ability to create test metrics

- Must understand agile and SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology

- Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Zephyr) required

- Experience with Maven, TestNG, Junit, or similar tools

- Knowledge of various software development methodologies, including Agile principles and hands-on experience with test scripts development

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Selenium, Jenkins, or other automation tools are preferred.Role & responsibilities
