Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 12+ years of experience in QA leadership.

- Proven expertise in Agile testing and test automation, including accelerator tools.

- Strong experience with Selenium C# and BDD framework using Specflow, as well as API Automation.

- Experience in implementing Selenium Grid and applying appropriate test measurements and metrics.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change using influence and networking skills.

- Flexibility to coordinate across different time zones, particularly with stakeholders in the UK and US.
