- Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and processes for web and mobile applications.

- Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Design and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.

- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to drive quality at every stage of the SDLC.

- Identify, document, and manage defects while ensuring timely resolution.

- Implement CI/CD testing practices and integrate automated tests into pipelines.

- Analyze testing metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure optimal test coverage.

- Stay updated on the latest QA tools, techniques, and trends to enhance testing efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.





- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.

- Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.

- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile processes.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, or JavaScript.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring teams.
