Role: Q2C Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Bengaluru ( WFO - 5 Days )

Experience: 4-10 Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and hands-on experience in ERP/CRM platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging business requirements with technical execution while driving successful implementations and support activities.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Q2C processes: CPQ, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition
- Experience with at least one platform: Oracle / SAP / Salesforce / Zuora / Microsoft Dynamics
- Hands-on experience with SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle) or ABAP (SAP)
- Experience in integrations, reporting, and data analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills





Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements across the Q2C lifecycle
- Design and implement functional & technical Q2C solutions
- Configure Q2C modules in ERP/CRM platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and deployments
- Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing & UAT
- Provide production support and resolve issues within SLA timelines
- Drive continuous system enhancements and process improvements
- Prepare documentation including FDD, TDD & process documents
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and end-user trainings
- Support month-end and quarter-end Q2C operations
