We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to lead software quality assurance across our web, mobile, and API systems. In this role, you will design, execute, and document test strategies, build automated test scripts, and work alongside software engineers and product managers to catch bugs before production. You will be responsible for defining acceptance criteria, conducting regression testing, and ensuring our releases meet high standards for functionality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Strategy &
- Planning:

Analyze product requirements, write detailed test plans, and create comprehensive test cases mapped to user stories.

- Automation Engineering: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).

- API &

- Backend Testing:

Validate RESTful/GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman, Bruno, or curl, verifying request/response payloads, status codes, and authentication flows.

- Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and retest software defects using Jira or Azure DevOps, providing clear steps to reproduce and root-cause context for developers.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming) to advocate for quality and catch edge cases early in the design phase.

- Performance &

- Regression Testing:

Execute pre-release regression suites and basic performance/load tests to ensure system stability under stress.

Required Qualifications





- Experience: 4+ years of qualified experience in software quality assurance for web or mobile applications.

- Test Automation: Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

- API Testing: Demonstrated experience testing REST/SOAP APIs using Postman, Swagger, or automated API testing frameworks.

- Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language used for automation (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).

- Database Querying: Working knowledge of SQL to query databases, set up test data, and verify data integrity.

- Agile Workflows: Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management software (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray).

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst or equivalent QA certification.

- Experience integrating test automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).

- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
