As a Technical Lead Python, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions, leverage advanced AI/ML technologies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deploy Python-based applications and AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical requirements and propose solutions that meet business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Enable code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain system quality and stability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and healthcare technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Educational Qualifications
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design effective, reusable code
- Experience in databases such as Postgres, or MySQL DB
- Experience in healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g.: HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Proficient in using the Apache Airflow workflow management platform and knowledgeable in AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, as well as MLOps methodologies.
