What We Want

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong expertise in Backend Development, Python, AWS, Microservices, and REST API Development to build scalable, cloud-native applications.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in developing backend applications using Python and AWS services, with strong exposure to Microservices Architecture and AWS Lambda.

NOTE

Candidates having only Django-based web application development experience without significant exposure to Backend Development, Microservices, and AWS Services will not be considered.

Must-haves

- 4-6years of hands-on experience in Python Backend Development
- Robust programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with REST API Development
- Experience in designing and maintaining Microservices-based Applications
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
- Experience in building scalable backend services and cloud-native applications
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Git and Version Control Systems
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Backend Design, Performance Optimization, and Debugging
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Good to Have (Big Plus)

- Experience with AWS Serverless Architecture
- Experience with AWS Glue, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, or EventBridge
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other Message Queues
- Experience with Redis or Caching Technologies
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Container Orchestration
- Experience working in Product Engineering environments
- Knowledge of Cloud Security Best Practices
- Experience in FinTech or BFSI Domain

What the Role Actually Involves

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Backend Applications using Python
- Build and maintain Microservices and REST APIs
- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS Services
- Work extensively with AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies
- Design and maintain event-driven backend solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Develop and maintain SQL database integrations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Teams
- Participate in Code Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Technical Discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
- Follow coding standards and software engineering best practices
