We are hiring skilled Python and Django developers who can write clean, working code and solve problems on their own. We are also building a team that is ready for modern, AI-native development. So, along with strong Python and Django skills, we are looking for developers who are open and willing to learn AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI tools as our team adopts them.

What You Will Do

- Build backend systems using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and other tools as needed for the project.
- Write clean, working, and scalable code. Be able to explain your code and your choices.
- Build and manage REST APIs.
- Write and run automated tests for your own code.
- Work on backend systems for both web and mobile apps.
- Fix and improve existing systems.
- Add security and help protect user data.
- Contribute to the structure and design of application features.
- Assess and prioritize feature requests.
- Talk with other teams to understand what they need and give the right technical solutions.
- Integrate innovative ideas, including AI tools, to improve application development.
- Stay open to learning and using AI tools as they are introduced into our workflow.
- Design application architecture and lead a development team.

What We Are Looking For: Must-Have

- Good hands-on experience with Python and Django (required).
- Good knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF) for building APIs.
- Experience with at least one database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Fluency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Good with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- Comfortable with shell scripting and the Linux command line.
- Solid understanding of REST API design.
- Basic familiarity with Docker and deploying applications on a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Basic exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Experience with async Python (asyncio) and Django's async views.




- Experience designing application architecture for the cloud.
- Experience with Redis and task queues like Celery, along with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Experience with microservices and serverless systems (e.g., AWS Lambda).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines end-to-end.
- Experience designing and deploying application/server architecture on cloud platforms; knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of authentication standards like OAuth2 and JWT.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Strong CS fundamentals: object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Learns new technologies quickly.
- Sincere, self-motivated, and a good team player with solid communication skills.
- Curious about AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI, and open to learning these tools as our team adopts them.

Good-to-Have

- Familiarity with FastAPI for services that need very high performance.
- Knowledge of a client-side framework such as React, Vue.js, Next.js, AngularJS, or Ember.js.
- Knowledge of other backend frameworks (FastAPI, ExpressJS, Spring Boot, Laravel).
- Good knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience leading a development team or mentoring juniors.
- Experience with GraphQL.
