About the Role

Quantum Four Analytics is looking for a Python Developer for Python-based applications, backend systems, automation workflows, IoT-related solutions, and agentic AI systems.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a quick learner, comfortable working remotely, and able to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications, backend systems, and automation workflows.
- Contribute to the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to extract structured and meaningful data from LLMs and AI tools.
- Work with MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and basic database operations.
- Interface with clients to understand requirements, communicate progress, and support delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, track progress, and provide timely status updates.
- Troubleshoot issues, solve technical problems, and improve system performance.




- Use tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity.

- Good understanding of Python programming fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
