Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Python Developer role based in Kota, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Python

Developer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and applications that support internal tools and data-driven wealth management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable Python code, integrating databases, and building APIs to connect front-end and back-end components. The role involves collaborating with wealth consultants and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing performance,



and ensuring reliability and security of systems.

The Python

Developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Programming and Python skills, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with RESTful APIs and server-side frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and deployment workflows.
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, with experience designing schemas and working with SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or data-intensive applications is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze requirements, write explicit technical documentation, and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and cloud or containerized environments is an added advantage.
