Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Python

Developer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs that power AI solutions and workflow automation platforms.

Responsibilities include implementing robust, scalable code following object-oriented programming principles, integrating with databases, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into reliable software features.



Day-to-day tasks also include writing unit and integration tests, reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Programming and Python skills, with solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and secure coding practices.
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI or data-intensive applications, such as integrating with ML models or handling large datasets, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in cross-functional teams are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
