Job Responsibilities:

- Manage Training Management activities on the Learning Management System (LMS):

- Enrollments
- Class scheduling, cancellation & rescheduling

- Class profitability evaluation
- Ensuring class readiness (vendor coordination)
- Communication with delegates & vendors

- Feedback analysis

- Purchase Order generation

- Maintaining basic financial reports
- Support trainers and customers with training-related queries via phone and email




- Provide resolutions and scheduling options to customers
- Gather and analyze information related to reported issues
- Perform detailed case analysis, raise tickets, and document cases in the system
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel
