- Handle purchase related activities of the plant.
- Ensure all purchase requests for projects are generated well before time to allow proper allocation / negotiations with suppliers.
- Ensure Purchase orders are issued to suppliers on time to avoid delays of project in hand.
- Constant follow up with suppliers to ensure all elements are delivered to shop floor on time.
- Constant reciprocation with CFT team to predict possible delays and capability to come up with alternate plans to avoid project delays.
- Ensure that all brought out elements are to be procured in tandem with the master time plan of all projects.
- Computer literacy is a must with hands on experience on MS Office.
