Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of construction and interior materials.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare purchase orders through ERP and maintain purchase records.

- Coordinate with site, design, stores, and accounts teams for timely material supply.

- Compare quotations, monitor deliveries, and resolve procurement issues.

- Maintain vendor database and ensure cost-effective sourcing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

- 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or interior projects.

- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and purchase documentation.

- Vendor management and commercial negotiation.

- Solid coordination and communication skills.

- Cost control and sourcing expertise.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
