: Purchase Manager (Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Industry)

Role Overview The Purchase Manager at Oasis Studio will head the strategic sourcing, vendor management, and material procurement for our premium modular kitchen and wardrobe segments. This role bridges the gap between design requirements, factory operations Manesar, and external suppliers. You will optimize supply chain costs, maintain zero-delay material availability, and ensure international quality standards for wood, hardware, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities (JD)

Vendor Management & Sourcing

- Source premium materials: Purchase raw materials like plywood, MDF, HDMR, acrylics, veneers, and glass.
- Hardware partnerships: Source premium hardware (hinges, channels, tandem boxes) from brands like Blum, Hettich, or Hafele.
- Onboard vendors: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers.
- Contract ownership: Finalize Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs) to lock in prices and prevent cost fluctuations.

Inventory & Material Planning

- Factory coordination: Partner with the Manesar factory production team to forecast material requirements.
- Stock optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid both stockouts and capital blockage.
- Lead time management: Ensure imported or custom items arrive well ahead of assembly timelines.

Quality & Cost Control

- Cost reduction: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising the luxury quality expected by HNW clients.
- Quality audits: Establish strict incoming material inspection checks with the Quality Assurance team.
- Defect management:



Handle rejections, commercial credits, and replacements with suppliers efficiently.
