- Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to offset printing materials (e.g., paper, inks, plates, chemicals).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and innovations in printing materials and technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.




- 9+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the offset printing or packaging industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Heidelberg or Komori press requirements.
- Experience with sustainable sourcing practices.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other commercial compliance relevant to procurement.
