Job Title: Purchase Manager

Location: Vishal Nagar, Telibandha, Raipur (C.G.)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities in alignment with organizational requirements.
- Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing.
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing.
- Lead price negotiations, contract finalization, and long-term vendor agreements.
- Approve Purchase Orders (POs), verify invoices, and monitor payment cycles.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels by coordinating closely with warehouse and store departments.
- Resolve vendor issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with Accounts, Logistics, Projects, and Store teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-control measures.




- Review market trends, pricing trends, and supplier performance for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare procurement reports, vendor evaluations, cost-saving reports, and risk assessments.

Requirements

- Graduate (Mandatory).
- 4–8 years of experience in procurement or purchase management.
- Experience in government supply or project-based procurement will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, and compliance norms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-value purchases, multitask, and manage time-sensitive procurements.
