Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and coordinate product development activities with suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, project objectives, quality standards, and timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers to support current product development and product change initiatives.

- Manage project activities, track milestones, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Identify, track, and resolve project issues while supporting technical and sourcing risk mitigation activities.

- Assist in project planning, resource coordination, budget tracking, and schedule management.

- Support prototype development, validation, and production design implementation activities.

- Maintain project documentation, databases, metrics, and status reports to ensure effective project governance.

- Work closely with project leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engineering projects and achievement of business objectives.

- Capture lessons learned and promoted continuous improvement initiatives across projects and teams.

Skills and Experience Required:





- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Development, New Product Introduction (NPI), Project Engineering, Program Management, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of engineering design and product development processes.

- Experience working with suppliers and managing cross-functional project teams.

- Knowledge of project management principles, risk management, and project tracking methodologies.

- Familiarity with prototype development, production launches, and engineering change management.

- Exposure to quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or similar processes is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools;

experience with PLM systems is an added advantage.
