Role & responsibilities

- Research potential vendors

- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

- Track orders ensure timely delivery and arrange Logistics

- Review quality of purchased products

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendors, pricing, invoices, and delivery details in the company's internal database

- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

- Sending Purchase Order on time.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Women candidate preferred.
