Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for lighting and architectural products.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers (domestic and international).

- Manage overseas correspondence with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials, components, and services as per project requirements.

- Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.

- Maintain vendor relationships and develop alternate sourcing options to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, logistics, accounts) to meet procurement needs.

- Monitor inventory levels and align procurement plans with project timelines.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.





Key Requirements:

- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in procurement/purchase within the lighting or architectural industry.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and import/export procedures.

- Excellent communication skills with experience in overseas correspondence.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

- Negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
