Job Summary The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing mobile phones, accessories, and electronic products for a retail store. The role ensures optimal stock availability, competitive pricing, and timely replenishment while maintaining solid relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and brand partners. The position plays a key role in ensuring product availability, margin optimization, and inventory efficiency in a fast-moving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source mobile phones, accessories, and electronic products from authorized distributors, wholesalers, and brand partners.

- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, schemes, and promotional offers to maximize profit margins.

- Place purchase orders based on sales trends, stock levels, and demand forecasts.

- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory to ensure optimal stock rotation.

- Coordinate with sales and store teams to understand product demand and customer preferences.





- Track new product launches, market trends, and competitor pricing.

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods to avoid stockouts.

- Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and warranty/serial number details for accuracy.

- Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing lists, and purchase history.

- Manage relationships with distributors, OEMs, and service providers.

- Handle return of defective/damaged goods and coordinate replacements or credit notes.

- Assist in planning promotional stock and seasonal offers.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand authorization guidelines.

- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
