Role Purpose To manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing and acquisition of high-value capital assets, to support manufacturing, plant expansion and technological upgrades.





What the role entails

(Key Responsibilities)
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely material availability for production.
- Ensure adherence to Incoterms, documentation accuracy, and customs compliance for all

movements.
- Oversaw ETA tracking and shipment scheduling, providing accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinated with the logistics team to provide the necessary details for finalizing the freight

forwarder.
- Track and resolve order-related discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.
- Applied a methodical approach to insurance planning and risk management in supply chain

operations.
- Coordinated with the logistics team to maintain the material-in-transit sheet and presented

updates to management on a daily basis What we are looking for in you

(Skills, Knowledge, Special

Attributes, Mobility)

- B.E./B. Tech with 4-5 Years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles,
- preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, Contract Negotiation and supplier
- management.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills with the ability to
- collaborate with cross functional teams and build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in SAP MM, Microsoft office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and
- PowerPoint.
- Flexible to work as per US Shifts ( second shift)
