Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and proactive Female Sales Caller to onboard website publishers onto our advertising platforms, ATM and Free Case. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be able to build long-term relationships with publishers, and help them maximize their revenue through continuous support and guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Publisher Acquisition

Contact potential website publishers through outbound calls.

Introduce and explain the benefits of the ATM and Free Case platforms.

Convince publishers to join and complete the onboarding process.

Follow up with interested publishers until activation.

Publisher Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded publishers.

Conduct regular mentoring and follow-up calls throughout the month.

Guide publishers on improving their website performance and increasing advertising revenue.

Encourage publishers to remain active and consistently grow their earnings.

Revenue Growth

Monitor publisher performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.

Motivate publishers to optimize their traffic and ad placements.

Share best practices and recommendations for better monetization.

Publisher Support

Act as the primary point of contact for publisher queries.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.

Provide prompt and ongoing support to ensure a positive publisher experience.

Payout Management

Maintain publisher payout records.

Verify earnings and ensure accurate monthly payout processing.





Coordinate with the finance team to complete publisher payouts at the end of every month.

Resolve any payout-related concerns raised by publishers.

Reporting

Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, onboarding status, and publisher activities.

Update CRM with all publisher interactions.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage).

Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.

Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred Experience

1 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Success, Publisher Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Advertising.

Experience working with website publishers, Ad Networks, or AdTech companies will be an added advantage.

Number of outbound calls made.

Recent publishers onboarded.

Publisher activation rate.

Publisher retention rate.

Number of mentoring and follow-up calls completed.

Growth in publisher revenue.

Timely completion of monthly publisher payouts.
