Role & responsibilities

1. Instruction and Curriculum Development:

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging lessons in [Specify Science Subjects, e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology].
- Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.

1. Classroom Management:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to address behavioural issues and promote student engagement.

1. Student Support:

• Provide individual and group support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career matters.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate science education with other subjects.
- Participate in departmental meetings, career development, and school events.

1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
- Prepare and submit reports on student performance and academic progress as required.

1. Parent and Community Engagement:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.

• Engage with the community to promote science education and support school initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements / Qualifications

- PG in Education B.Ed. with 3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant educational curricula and teaching methodologies.
- Solid classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching children.
