Role Description The Prospect Outreach Specialist is a full-time, remote role focused on engaging potential clients and generating qualified leads for Criyx’s AI solutions. In this position, the specialist will research target markets, identify key prospects, and reach out through email, social channels, and other digital communication methods.

They will craft clear and compelling outreach messages, respond to inquiries, and nurture early-stage relationships to move prospects through the pipeline. The role includes documenting interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with sales and marketing teams on campaigns,



and providing feedback on prospect needs and market trends. The specialist is expected to manage outreach volumes efficiently, maintain a high standard of professionalism, and represent Criyx’s brand and value proposition consistently.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal outreach with prospects.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to build trust, handle questions, and maintain positive relationships.
- Research and Writing skills to identify prospect needs, personalize messages, and create concise outreach content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet outreach and lead-generation targets.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools and comfort using digital communication platforms.
- Experience in sales development, prospecting, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Understanding of SaaS or AI-based products is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
